How we got started.... After getting tired of dealing with incompetent management companies, we decided to start our own company and do it the right way. We understand what you are going through and have put systems in place to manage your property as effectively as possible. We will get you timely statements, actively and aggressively market your properties to get them rented as quickly as possible and to the best tenants possible.

We charge a fair price for our services and go the extra mile to get your units making you money.  We can customize our system to meet your needs, especially when it comes to the maintenance work.  We have people in place if you want to be more hands off, otherwise we can work with you to do the work if that is what you prefer.  Our typical Rates are 7% of gross rents received and 50% of one months rent for new leases, and $100 for lease renewals.
