- What is the rental process with your company?
- First we require EVERYONE to fill out an application before showing them a property, this is Free.
- If at first glance you qualify, we then set up a time to show the property.
- If you decide you would like to be considered for the property, we then run a credit and background check to make sure you qualify. You will have to pay $11.99 per adult on the lease.
- We will typically contact you within 12 hours of you filling out the credit check to let you know if you qualify.
- As long as you still want the apartment, we send you over a lease to review
- Once we have the signed lease, First months rent and Security Deposit we will issue you keys to the property
- You will then get a login to our website so you can see all your payment, make payments online, request any maintenance or ask any questions or concerns.
- Why do you require an application before showing any apartments?
- First of all it is for the safety of our showing and leasing agents. We need to know who they are going out to meet with in case anything were to happen. We also do not want to waste your time, or ours, so sometimes we can tell at first glance that you may not qualify for the apartment you are inquring about and then we can let you know before setting up a showing.
- How can I pay my rent?
- You can pay with a checking or savings account online.

- The best thing to do is make a request online. Our office and maintenance personel will get an email and be able to respond
